What's My Goal

I just didn’t understand...

 

I wanted to look toned, I wanted to lose weight, I wanted to gain confidence and SMILE in the mirror, but after 

 

  1. starving myself (bc myfitnesspal told me to eat 993 calories)

  2. tons of cardio

  3. Binge eating

  4. START ALL OVER

 

I was starting to feel FED UP. I was working so hard for so many hours each day… & just wasn’t smiling in the mirror quite yet. 

 

Until I discovered that… health & wellness doesn’t have to be this way… It can actually be sustainable...you can actually ENJOY it… & i was able to:

 

-lose weight & KEEP it off

-eat my favorite foods

-do exercise that I enjoy

-learn to be flexible with my workouts

-AND see progress 

 

So Now, I want to HELP YOU learn how to do this too.

 

As a busy professional, we don’t have time to mess around with exercise and wellness. We don’t have the energy to put into yo-yo dieting and hours of exercise a day!! We need the accountability, & KNOWLEDGE to make this a forever-thing!
